1. **Community Interaction Management**: Actively interact with users on platforms such as Discord and Telegram, answer questions, provide assistance, and promote the latest updates and features of Nubit. 2. **Content and Activity Planning**: Plan and publish community communications and updates, organize AMAs, online gatherings, and other community events. 3. **Crisis and Feedback Management**: Monitor community feedback, promptly address and respond to issues or crises in the community, ensuring a positive atmosphere. 4. **Community Growth and Maintenance**: Take measures to attract new members and maintain the activity of existing members, enhancing the overall participation and satisfaction of the community.

- Experience in community management, with a preference for those with experience in technical or cryptocurrency communities. - Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a multicultural environment. - Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, with good team collaboration skills. - Proficiency in using social media and community management tools.
