Community Manager

・Community Engagement: Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy across platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, WeChat, and more. ・Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns, quests, and giveaways for community engagement. ・Issue Management: Aggregate issues, troubleshoot, control moderation speed and quality, and establish local communities. ・User Feedback: Conduct user satisfaction surveys and analyze results to implement necessary adaptations. ・Community Expansion: Oversee community expansion and engagement into additional geographic regions and languages. ・Team Leadership: Assist in the leadership and growth of the Moderation and Ambassador teams.

・Community Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in community management, with a focus on DeFi and Web3. ・Online Community Building: Proven track record in building and managing online communities. ・Bilingual Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills in both Chinese and English. ・Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. ・Blockchain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Bitcoin and blockchain technology. ・Creative Engagement: Creative mindset with the ability to engage and inspire community members.
