Community Manager

- Manage and grow the AVAX community via Telegram, Discord and Twitter - Host virtual and live events to build brand awareness and engagement - Host and attend multiple spaces throughout the day - Attend web3 events in France & Europe - Be extremely active on social media - Network and engage community members at all levels (devs, users, etc) - Intro and onboard builders and communities to AVAX - Coordinate alongside your team on a daily basis

- Minimum of 1+ years of demonstrated experience in Community Management. - Strong work ethic committed to working 20 hours per week - A desire to learn, grow, and take on new skill sets - Established Web3 Network - Fluent in English - Above all must enjoy hanging out with the community and team, engaging throughout the day NICE TO HAVE - Proficient in other languages - Understanding of web3 adjacent cultures (gaming, DeFi, Trading/Alpha, hobbyist)
