1. Spearhead efforts in boosting employee satisfaction and engagement 2. Establish and implement a strategic framework on measuring employee performance; through a combination of quantitative and qualitative metrics, such as employee performance ratings, feedback from managers and employees 3. Work with COO to draft overall budget on the total cost associated with hiring a new employee 4. Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes 5. Ensure company HR policies are in compliance with local, state, and national labor laws and regulations

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent in HR, Management or other related fields with 5-10 years of relevant experience 2. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin 3. Location: Asia 4. Bonus: crypto native candidates is a plus!
