1. Brand Strategy: Based on the companys development strategy, carry out the companys brand strategy planning and brand system construction. Expand and optimize the companys brand strategy positioning and direction, promote the effective implementation of marketing strategies, and effectively enhance the brand image and brand influence;
2. Event Planning: Fully responsible for the companys brand planning, design, promotion and management, responsible for the implementation and execution of brand online and offline activities, able to explore user needs and product core values, conduct innovative marketing exploration and resource integration in the project, and promote the implementation of marketing plans in combination with brand needs and brand strategies;
3. Digital Marketing Integration: Possess data-based marketing operation capabilities, interpret marketing activity data from a business perspective based on data analysis and insights, and continuously optimize and iterate the brands integrated marketing plan through data response combined with market/product/user characteristics. Improve the corresponding brand awareness and reputation, and promote the growth of business indicators;
4. Brand Marketing: Responsible for the implementation and execution of brand online and offline activities, able to explore user needs and product core values, conduct innovative marketing exploration and resource integration in the project; responsible for brand marketing, media placement, public opinion monitoring, MCN agency cooperation, head KOL docking, brand positioning marketing.
5. Industry Insight: Pay attention to industry dynamics, be responsible for competitor dynamics, industry research and analysis, extract effective information to form information briefings, and dynamically adjust marketing strategies; according to the development of the e-commerce industry and the iteration of consumer demand, precipitate the influence on the industry.
职位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in public relations, advertising, marketing, journalism and communication is preferred; background in 4a or Party B consulting company, overseas living, studying and working experience is preferred;
2. Strong market awareness and sensitivity, good brand integrated marketing awareness and ability, marketing activity organization and planning ability, able to accurately capture marketing pain points and have certain text expression;
3. Strong brand control (including vision, content, product direction), knowledgeable and capable of deep digging and exploring brands;
4. Rich working experience in PR, marketing, and new media, strong creative and expressive ability for various event marketing, familiar with mainstream cross-border platforms, independent stations and other marketing channels Digital MKT gameplay is preferred; working experience in well-known Internet companies/FMCG/multinational companies (Google/FB advertising) is preferred;
5. Excellent execution and creativity, vigorous and resolute, dare to break through the platform, brand needs and the current ability boundaries of the organizations innovation awareness and content control ability;
6. Be responsible for the results, have mature team management skills, have a sense of self-mission and team responsibility, and put team spirit and collective interests first;
7. Fluent in English, which can be used as a working language. Those with overseas work or life experience will be given priority.
