This is to attract new users and increase trading activity. 2.Maintain Relationships: Manage and nurture existing relationships with KOLs to ensure ongoing success. 3.Market Insights: Stay connected with the local community and monitor industry trends and competitors. Use this information to improve product, marketing, and operational strategies. 4.Customer Support: Provide prompt and reliable customer service to the company's affiliates and users. Collaborate with the internal team to resolve issues and suggest improvements. 5.Strategic Execution: Actively contribute to executing the company's strategy in creative and practical ways. 6.Client Base Expansion: Grow the company's client base and establish long-term relationships with new and existing customers. 7.Reputation Building: Enhance and strengthen the company's reputation and presence in local markets. 8.Blockchain Trends: Stay updated on emerging blockchain trends and propose new company offerings to meet customer demands. 9.Social Media Awareness: Keep up with the latest trends on social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and within the blockchain influencer community.

1.Crypto/Blockchain Experience: Previous experience(At least a year in crypto exchange) in the local crypto or blockchain markets with knowledge of influential figures in the ecosystem. 2.Business Development Skills: Proven track record in business development or sales. 3.Self-Driven: Ability to thrive in uncharted territory, listening to market needs, and finding innovative ways to make an impact. 4.Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales and revenue targets. 5.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and preparing reports. 6.Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. 7.Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field. An MBA is advantageous. 8.Language Skills: Fluent English and Mandarin is a plus!
