Social Media Manager

1. Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for Twitter, Discord, and Telegram. Create high-quality content (text, visuals, videos) with the support from our design team that resonates with our target audience within the Web3 space. Craft engaging tweets and announcements to keep our Twitter community informed and excited. Manage content calendars and scheduling tools to ensure consistent posting across platforms. 2. Community Management: Actively participate in conversations, answer questions, and address concerns within our Discord and Telegram communities. Moderate community calls and events, maintaining a positive and productive environment. Develop and implement strategies to foster a strong sense of community and encourage user engagement. 3. Community Growth: Analyze social media data and identify opportunities to expand our reach and follower base in Asia and globally. Run targeted campaigns and contests to attract new members to our communities. Collaborate with other departments to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives. 4. Stay Current with Web3: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments within the Web3 landscape. Integrate relevant Web3 news and discussions into our social media content strategy. Monitor competitor activity and identify best practices in Web3 community management.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the Web3 space. 2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of social media language and trends. 4. Native English speaker with a clear and engaging writing style. 5. Passionate about Web3 technology and its potential to revolutionize online interaction. 6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 7.
