Community Moderator

Community Engagement: Build, grow, and manage the company's online community across various platforms, including Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and other relevant community channels. Develop and implement strategies to increase community participation, user engagement and promote user-generated content Creation and Curation: Create engaging and relevant content, including social media posts, articles, newsletters, and to keep the community informed and engaged. Work closely with the product & marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all community channels. Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather feedback from the community to inform product development, marketing strategies, and community initiatives. Analyze community feedback and engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Event Planning and Management: Organize and manage virtual and in-person events, such as AMA sessions, webinars, meetups, and conferences, to foster a sense of community and engagement.

Experience in community management in the fields of blockchain, cryptocurrency Priority is given to those who have experience working in the financial + crypto project community and have a good network and experience working with KOLs. Strong interpersonal and relationship - building skills. Good English communication skills Experience with community management tools and platforms (Discord, Twitter, Telegram…) Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on community engagement metrics.
