Operations Specialist

Bitget is hiring an OTC Operations Manager - Ensure smooth execution of OTC trades from address screening to fund settlement; - Assist financial reconciliation, book keeping, and financial analysis; - Manage inventory and re-balance with liquidity providers; - Draft and polish SOP based on continuously optimized workflow; - Collaborate with cross-funtional teams to manage day-to-day operations.

- Minimun 2 years of experience in on/off ramp OTC trading either from a crypto exchange or an independant OTC desk; - Proven track record in deal execution and financial reconciliation; - Attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy; - Fluent in English and Chinese;
