Business Development Lead

1. Participate in and implement the company's business strategy in Japan/ South Korea, formulate the company's derivatives business goals and implementation strategies. 2. Establish and manage the regional business team to ensure that the company's overall regional business goals are achieved. 3. Lead the regional channel expansion and KOL strategy implementation to achieve the full link from B-side business cooperation to C-user drainage. 4. Implement various market and marketing activities of the company in the region. 5. Assist in promoting the improvement of the company's related products.

1. At least 2 years of regional business team management experience and 3 years or more of digital currency industry experience; 2. Experience in business cooperation in the financial industry and extensive KOL network channel resources in Japan/ South Korea; 3. Career-driven, with good communication skills and collaborative spirit; 4. Korean has business negotiation level, and English speaking is better.
