Operations Associate

1.Channel lead mining, explore growth opportunities, develop operational strategies, responsible for the results of pulling new, conversion, etc.; 2.Analyze user attributes and needs, plan targeted channel activities, assist growth, ensure retention and effectively increase volume; 3.Analyze business data and promotion effects, improve promotion ROI; 4.Collect internal and external demands, pay attention to industry competitors and channel dynamics, and explore new growth points; 5.Communicate and collaborate with business developers, output solutions for business objectives, achieve cross-team collaboration, promote project implementation, and be responsible for business results.

1.relevant experience in a similar role, experience in crypto is a must; Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data; 2.Familiar with using statistical tools; 3.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
