Business Development

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow our business and increase brand awareness. This role will heavily leverage social media platforms like Telegram, X, with complimentary focus on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to drive engagement and achieve sales. Key Responsibilities: •Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive product sale and user conversion. •Approach new influencers and communities for marketing collaboration purpose. •Manage onboarded influencers to fit marketing/branding guide and drive sustainable growth. •Optimize our global presence on Twitter. •Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials. •Track and report on the efficency of the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Job Requirements: •Proven experience in marketing, business development, or a related field. •Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly X, telegram, Tiktok and instagram. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Existing influencer network (DeFi, Exchange, NFT, Alpha group) will be prefered. •Ability to work independently and as part of a team. •Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
