Community Operation

- **Community Management:** Oversee and manage our Discord and Telegram communities to ensure active and healthy engagement. - **Moderator Management:** Supervise and coordinate with community moderators to maintain a positive and active environment. - **Task Coordination:** Manage tasks related to Zealy and Galaxy, ensuring smooth operations and effective coordination. - **Event Hosting:** Plan, organize, and execute community events to foster engagement and build relationships with our members. - **Idea Generation & Execution:** Contribute to planning, brainstorming, and executing community initiatives and strategies.

- Proven experience in community management, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry. - Strong knowledge of Discord, Telegram, and quest platforms such as Zealy / Galxy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus - Experience in Web3 projects is a plus
