Operations Specialist

1. Responsible for the planning and operation of online activities, formulate activity plans, innovate and improve user conversion, promote cash inflow and transaction volume; 2. Plan and execute community activities to increase the participation of new and old users and community activity; 3. Pay attention to improving traffic analysis and the retention rate of overseas community users, relevant data, identify and understand needs, improve product speed, improve product experience and user experience; 4. Understand the blockchain industry, and be able to formulate corresponding activity plans and carry out activities according to overseas market conditions and user attributes; 5. Assist the leadership in implementing localization expansion plans and operations in the region.

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 2 years of experience in Internet industry operations; 2. Have English/Korean writing and communication skills, English can be used as a working language first; 3. Interested in blockchain and web3 industries, strong learning ability, can quickly adapt to changing environments, and improve their own abilities according to work needs; 4. Have good data analysis skills, copywriting skills and communication skills; 5. Have strong innovation and execution capabilities, meticulous and serious, strong sense of responsibility for work, and teamwork spirit.

Monthly base + year-end bonus
