1. Serve as the primary customer service manager, building the customer service team and establishing related SOPs.
2. Provide timely assistance through email and online chat, addressing daily user inquiries and collecting user feedback.
3. Coordinate internal and external resources to resolve customer issues and disputes promptly and effectively.
4. Collaborate with internal teams such as compliance, operations, and technical support to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
5. Write and publish announcements to ensure important information is communicated to users in a timely manner.
职位要求
1. Fluent in both spoken and written English, with the ability to adjust communication styles and approaches based on different audiences.
2. At least two years of customer service experience in a cryptocurrency exchange; preference given to those with quality inspector experience. Understand the logic and rules of all platform products.
3. Experience providing customer support via phone, email, ticketing systems, and online chat services.
4. Skilled in data organization and analysis, proficient in commonly used Excel functions. Capable of analyzing quality inspection report data to identify and help resolve issues in customer service responses.
5. Strong learning ability, able to quickly adapt to changing work environments, and excellent communication skills.
6. Passionate about customer service, responsible for customer experience, and able to provide comprehensive problem-solving solutions.
