Post-Investment Director

-Manage portfolios, such as monitoring and analyzing their financial and business updates, creating values eg. providing support on problem solving and fundraising independently -Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance company performance and value. -Address operational, financial, and governance issues, working closely with management teams to implement corrective measure. -Prepare and present comprehensive reports on portfolio company performance to internal stakeholders and investors. -Communicate effectively with investment team members, providing updates on portfolio companies and addressing inquiries. -Collaborate with external advisors, auditors, and consultants to gather necessary information and ensure compliance.

The Candidate -Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in the area of fund operation, direct investment/accounting, firms startups, or related field, CFA or CPA is an added advantage -Passionate in the startup ecosystem -Strong problem-solving ability with analytical thinking -Good knowledge of data analytics and related field -Quick learner and ability to multi-task -Good communication skills. Fluent English and Mandarin Chinese language skills (both speaking and writing) are mandatory. *Higher education or professional qualifications with less experience will also be considered
