1. Deal with problems encountered by users in their daily usage of the platform, respond to them in a timely manner.
2. Familiarity with telegram, Zendesk customer service tool, other social media familiarity is a plus.
3、Assist to optimize the department's knowledge base and dialogue skills
职位要求
1、At least 1 year of customer service working experience, working experience in the blockchain industry, understanding of futures trading transactions is preferred
2、 Experience in a futures exchange is preferred
3、Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
4、Strong understanding, sense of responsibility and patience
