Business Manager

- **Develop Strategic Partnerships:** Forge strong connections with Chain foundations, DeFi dApps, Exchanges, and other key players. - **Manage the Full Deal Lifecycle:** From the initial pitch and demo to negotiation, closing, and maintenance. - **Innovate and Optimize:** Create and refine partnership frameworks and strategies. - **Explore Opportunities:** Actively seek collaboration opportunities within the blockchain ecosystem. - **Provide Insights:** Offer valuable business strategy insights and decisions. - **Collaborate Cross-Functionally:** Work with Marketing, Engineering, and other internal teams to achieve our goals.

What We’re Looking For: - Fluent English: Native or fluent proficiency in spoken and written English. - Web3 Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Web3 Business Development, Sales, or Marketing. - Strong Communicator: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. - Team Player: Ability to build internal and external relationships and coordinate priorities. - Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. - Goal-Oriented: Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and a results-driven attitude. Bonus Points: - Educational Background: BS/MS degree in Business, Marketing, CS, Engineering, or related fields. - Technical Understanding: Knowledge of advanced Blockchain and NFT technology.
