Developer Relations Engineer

Drive developer acquisition and engagement through outreach, events, and community-building initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact between developers and the internal team, ensuring their needs are communicated and addressed. Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and other resources that help developers integrate and build on the Hemera Protocol. Organize hackathons, workshops, and meetups to foster a thriving developer community. Engage with developers on forums, social media, and other platforms to provide support and gather feedback. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align developer outreach with the broader strategy. Monitor developer engagement metrics and optimize strategies to increase developer retention and satisfaction.

Strong background in software development, with experience in blockchain or decentralized applications preferred. Previous experience in developer relations, community management, or developer advocacy roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and support developers. Ability to create compelling technical content (e.g., tutorials, blog posts, documentation). Passionate about building and nurturing a global developer community. Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
