Finance Analyst

Responsible for the research and development of crypto currency strategies, including risk-neutral strategies, CTA strategies, derivative strategies, etc.; Responsible for optimizing strategy trading execution algorithms and position hedging algorithms; Designing strategy hedging logic, evaluating strategy risk characteristics, and designing risk management plans; Regularly reviewing strategy performance, conducting strategy profit and loss attribution, evaluating the effectiveness of existing strategies, and continuously iterating and optimizing; Supporting strategy automation matters.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in financial investment and trading, including at least 1 year of experience in cryptocurrency investment and trading, with experience in microstructure trading preferred; Background in finance, mathematics, statistics, science and engineering, with a postgraduate degree or above; Possessing good financial modeling and problem-solving skills, with strong programming abilities; Candidates with CFA, FRM, or other relevant certifications are preferred; Having a certain understanding and experience in macro, meso-industry track investment research; Having practical experience and a deep understanding of the whole process of quantitative strategy investment research.
