Voyage is looking for a CEO with strategic vision, excellent leadership and innovative thinking to lead the company into the next stage of global expansion and market breakthrough. As the top manager of Voyage, you will be fully responsible for the overall strategy formulation and implementation of the company's business, market expansion, operation management and team leadership. Formulate and implement the company's long-term strategic plan and annual business plan to promote the rapid development and global layout of the company's business. Lead the company's management team, formulate and implement the company's core strategy and operational goals, and ensure the achievement of the company's vision and goals. Lead the company's business development, market expansion, brand building and other key decisions to ensure Voyage's leading position in the global cultural tourism industry. Responsible for the overall financial management of the company, make budgets and supervise financial performance to ensure the company's financial health and investment returns. Establish and maintain the relationship between the company and investors, partners, government agencies and other external stakeholders, and promote strategic cooperation and resource integration. Analyze industry trends and market dynamics, identify new opportunities and potential risks, and provide forward-looking guidance for the company's development direction. Promote the company's innovation culture, encourage the team to constantly break through innovation, and create greater value for the platform and users. Supervise the operation and management of the company, optimize the organizational structure and management process, and improve the overall operational efficiency and team cohesion of the company. As a representative of the company's image, attend important public events and meetings to convey the company's vision and enhance the brand influence.

Bachelor's degree or above, business administration, marketing, finance or related professional background is preferred; MBA or equivalent is preferred. More than 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years of executive positions, and those who have successfully led enterprises to achieve rapid growth and internationalization are preferred. Have a deep understanding of the cultural tourism industry, blockchain technology and digital economy, and have excellent strategic planning ability and business acumen. Have excellent leadership and team management experience, and be able to motivate and guide the team to achieve excellent performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good at establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships with internal teams and external partners. Have excellent analytical ability and decision-making ability, and be able to quickly identify problems and provide solutions.
