Manage the marketing and operation teams of each language region, set the pace and goals, guide and motivate them to achieve individual and team goals. 3. Work with product team to provide market feedback and requirements to ensure products meet market needs and remain competitive.

1. Have rich market experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency industry, have 0-1, A-Z project management experience, and have A deep understanding of blockchain products and industry trends. 2. Bachelor degree or above, overseas study background or overseas work experience is preferred. Rich industry resources, experience in Ton ecological project or layer1/2 project is preferred. 3. Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit, team management ability, both Chinese and English can be used as working language.
