Marketing Manager

Previous experience with planning and managing campaigns within the crypto sector Experience working with incentivised campaigns across a number of platforms such as Zealy, Galaxy, DeBank Hi and others Knowledge of pre-launch and whitelisting campaign planning and management Project planning and management experience via tools such as ClickUP, Asana, Notion Extensive communication skills and a proactive approach to briefing partner projects on the co-marketing mix available An independent mindset in briefing, planning and delivering marketing campaigns across the spectrum - both for internal launches and for our partner projects The ability to recognize and pair campaigns and launches together (where appropriate) in a bid to create positive growth feedback loops Experience with taking requirements for growth and turning them into a campaign mix of PR, social and incentivised events all working in tandem towards the same goal Very good spoken and written English and Chinese

A current or previous DeFi ‘farmer’ in any capacity - from staking to airdrops or incentivised campaigns A working knowledge of the general tokenomics aspect of a coin Good knowledge of different types of audiences and communities within the industry Previous experience launching a Layer 1 or Layer 2 main net and/or TGE Previous experience managing KOLs Working knowledge of email marketing strategies via Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or similar platforms
