Business Development

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive research into blockchain industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the Middle East and European regions; Seek out and assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential collaborations in these markets; Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve the company's business goals in the Middle East / European Market; Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners to promote cooperation and drive growth; Participate actively in negotiation processes and contribute to the drafting and finalizing of cooperation agreements; Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee that all business projects are completed successfully and on schedule; Regularly report business progress to senior management, providing market analysis and business forecasts; Adjust business strategies and plans based on market feedback.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field; At least 6 years of experience in business development or related fields, focus on client growth experience in the blockchain industry, especially crypto exchange preferred; Proven track record in client development and management, with extensive industry resources and contacts; Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, capable of fluent business communication; Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Strategic thinking with the ability to independently develop and execute business plans; Excellent project management and teamwork abilities.
