- Community Engagement: Actively engage with users across our social media channels and messaging platforms to build relationships, answer questions, and create a positive atmosphere. - Content Creation: Produce localized content that resonates with Chinese-speaking audiences and one additional language (English, Korean, or Japanese) audience, including social media posts, announcements, and newsletters. - Event Coordination: Organize and manage virtual events, webinars, and AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions to foster community engagement and address community questions and feedback. - Discussion Facilitation: Initiate and manage daily discussion topics to stimulate engagement and enhance community activity levels. - Feedback Collection: Monitor community sentiment and gather user feedback to relay to the product and development teams, helping shape product improvements. - Growth Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to grow the community by identifying and engaging key users, influencers, and communities. - Moderation: Maintain a safe, respectful, and constructive community environment by enforcing guidelines and addressing inappropriate behavior.
