Community Manager

- Take ownership and grow the social media and community channels of X, Discord, Telegram, and YouTube. Respond to the community in a timely manner, monitor community sentiment and proactively address any negative feedback or issues. - Create engaging community-related content, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies. - Build and maintain solid connections with DAOs, influencers, and content producers in the Web3 ecosystem. Identify new collaborative ventures to broaden dForce’s presence and impact. - Recruit, train, and manage volunteer community moderators to ensure a positive and welcoming community environment. - Collaborate with dForce Ambassadors to amplify community efforts. - Analyze community data, create reports and provide insights to drive decision-making and enhance community initiatives. - Organize and host community events as needed.

- Proficient in English and Chinese. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in community management or moderation in the Web3, blockchain, DeFi, GameFi, NFT sectors. - Excellent communication and community engagement abilities. Comfort working independently in a small team. - Solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain technologies, DeFi, and cryptocurrencies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with influencers and media. - Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools.
