Marketing Lead

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute Eden’s overall marketing strategy, aligning with the project's mission to deliver emotional and pleasure value while leveraging the Web3 and Bera Chain ecosystem. Brand Development: Build and refine Eden's brand identity to stand out in the Web3 and adult wellness market. Ensure the brand resonates with both crypto-native users and broader Web2 communities. Growth Marketing: Drive user acquisition and retention through performance marketing campaigns, product partnerships, and content strategies. Community Engagement: Build a vibrant, engaged community, particularly among Web3 enthusiasts, women in the space, and adult wellness advocates. Champion Eden’s mission at Web3 events, online platforms, and within the Bera Chain ecosystem. Collaborations & Partnerships: Lead strategic partnerships with other Web3 projects, influencers, and brands, focusing on aligning Eden with projects on the Bera Chain and within the adult wellness industry. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing efforts and track ROI across campaigns, community growth, and product adoption. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and motivation to deliver results.

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in a senior marketing role with proven experience in Web3, blockchain, or a tech-driven ecosystem. Experience in the adult wellness or related industries is a plus. Expertise in Web3: Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, tokenomics, and decentralized applications, particularly within the Bera Chain ecosystem. Creative and Analytical: A blend of creative marketing instincts and strong analytical skills. Ability to develop and execute innovative campaigns that engage and grow communities while tracking performance metrics. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Experience working in a startup environment or on cross-functional teams. Cultural Fit: Passionate about Eden’s mission to empower users and break down barriers in the adult wellness industry. Open-minded and adaptable to the fast-changing Web3 landscape. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in simple terms to various audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing and growing communities within Web3 or decentralized platforms. Familiarity with Bera Chain and its ecosystem.
