Social Media Manager

Social Media Associate - Create and curate engaging and high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, memes) that align with our brand voice and objectives. - Be our "reply guy" — actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage community interactions. - Monitor social media channels for trends, community engagement, and opportunities to interact with our audience. - Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies across various platforms (Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). - Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize content performance and strategy. - Collaborate with the marketing lead, and the art and development teams to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions. - Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing to continuously improve Trojan's social media presence.

- Passion for the crypto and DeFi space including knowledge of the culture that drives it. - God-Tier reply guy and an unrivaled meme game. - 2+ years of experience in social media management or a related role. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative mindset with a knack for creating viral content and memes. - Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics). - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is a plus.
