Investment Manager

- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in DeFi protocols, conducting market and technical analysis. - Build and maintain relationships with DeFi founders, developers, and industry stakeholders. - Perform due diligence, prepare investment memos, and support deal structuring and execution. - Support portfolio companies with strategic guidance and industry connections.

- Strong understanding of DeFi concepts such as smart contracts, tokenomics, and liquidity pools. - Background in DeFi product development or 2+ years of investment experience in blockchain/crypto with a focus on DeFi. - Fluency in English and Mandarin; ability to communicate effectively across global teams. - Based in New York or San Francisco, with a passion for blockchain and decentralized finance.
