Community Moderator

Key Responsibilities • Community Building & Engagement: o Develop, implement, and manage strategies to engage and grow our Korean-speaking community across various platforms (e.g., Kakao, Telegram, Discord, Twitter). o Foster meaningful relationships with community members by addressing questions, gathering feedback, and providing updates. o Organize online and offline events, such as AMAs, meetups, and collaborative activities, to strengthen community ties. • Content Creation & Localization: o Create and localize content in Korean and Mandarin to suit the cultural and linguistic nuances of the Korean market. o Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, engaging materials. • Market Insights & Reporting: o Monitor community sentiment and provide actionable insights to the product and marketing teams. o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and user behavior specific to the Korean market. • Collaboration & Communication: o Act as a liaison between the Korean-speaking community and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on goals. o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support.

• Languages: o Proficiency in both Korean and Mandarin is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills. o English proficiency is a plus for cross-team collaboration. • Experience: o Experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the web3, blockchain, or tech industry. o Proven success in engaging and growing a regional online community. • Skills: o Familiarity with web3 concepts and blockchain technology. o Strong understanding of social media and communication tools popular in Korea (e.g., KakaoTalk, Naver, and others). o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Attributes: o Passion for blockchain, crypto, and the web3 ecosystem. o Creative and proactive in solving challenges and initiating community-focused ideas. o Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
