1. Be the voice of Tradoor in the community, to share and feed all updates, products, features and achievements, and guide the discussions in the community 2. Be responsible for the user education, design tailored campaigns for the community to drive engagement and achieve KPIs 3. Track and analyze the growth of the community to identify new opportunities for engagement 4. Recognize the key contributors and community stars, build and maintain relationships with them to enhance the community 5. Design and manage the community ambassador program, build robust and flourish communities in different worldwide 6. Sophisticated in diversified community bots and tools, build community referral system and traction o Identify key events and speaking opportunities

1. Fluent in both oral and written English 2. A strong passion for web3, and strong engagements in community 3. Excellent communication skills with high EQ 4. Savvy in community growth logic with proven experience in building crypto and developer communities 5. Experienced in user education and community campaigns 6. Experienced in launching events (both virtual and physical) 7. Familiar with crypto and blockchain concepts 8. A problem solver who is responsible, details-oriented, and OK to devote yourself into the community in a fast-paced industry
