Marketing Assistant

Campaign and Event Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across social media, content marketing, and email to drive user acquisition and engagement. Coordinate and execute online and offline events—such as AMAs, webinars, conferences, and community gatherings—to engage the Yei Finance community and enhance brand visibility. - Content Creation: Assist in creating high-quality content, such as blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials, to educate and engage users. - Community Engagement: Assist in developing strategies to engage and grow a loyal, active community of users and advocates. - Brand Support: Help ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across various channels to reinforce Yei Finance’s position in decentralized finance. - Market Research: Conduct research on marketing trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities in DeFi to inform marketing strategies. - Analytics & Reporting: Help track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve future marketing efforts.

- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus. - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and the crypto/DeFi industry. - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, Notion, Typefully, social media scheduling tools). - Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. - Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. - We prefer candidates who can commit to working more than 20 hours per week, with a minimum of 4 hours per day. Longer availability will be given higher priority. Preferred Qualifications - Active presence on social media platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord). - Basic knowledge of blockchain, DeFi, and Web3 culture. - Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva) or familiarity with SEO basics. - Enthusiasm for organizing events or collaborating with influencers.
