Operations Specialist

1.Formulate and execute daily operation plan: optimize platform operation strategy to improve user retention and activity according to company and product development goals. 2.Activity planning and promotion: Combined with the product characteristics, planning online activities, through creative content and effective promotion channels to achieve the user growth target. 3.Data analysis and feedback: analyze user behavior data, track operation effect, put forward optimization suggestions, and promote the continuous iteration of product and operation strategy. 4.Cross-divisional collaboration: work closely with marketing, product and technical teams to ensure smooth program execution and achievement of goals and objectives 5.Market research and user insights: focus on market dynamics and user needs, continuously optimize product experience and enhance user satisfaction. 6.Testing and Acceptance: According to the product upgrade requirements, do a good job in the final on-line acceptance follow-up work, to ensure that the product optimization and smooth on-line.

1.Experience in operation or community promotion of exchanges, futures platforms is preferred； 2.Familiar with data analysis and user research methods, with strong data analysis skills and logical thinking； 3.Good communication and coordination skills, able to work smoothly with different teams to complete projects； 4.Quick thinking, strong sense of responsibility, good user service awareness and execution skills； 5.Passionate about operations, creative and proactive in problem solving； 6.Proficient in Chinese, including listening, speaking and reading, able to work in GMT+8 time zone, Chinese preferred.
