Community Manager

Community Builder Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community on a daily basis through Discord, Twitter, and other social channels, keeping them informed and engaged with Rome Protocol’s vision and updates. Campaign Management: Design and implement community-driven campaigns, such as meme contests and other creative events, to drive engagement and traffic to our Discord and social channels. Community Support: Manage support tickets, respond to questions, and provide assistance to community members, ensuring a positive and productive experience for all. Collaborative Execution: Work directly with team members to meet project deadlines and achieve community-related goals. Advocacy and Representation: Serve as a champion and advocate for Rome Protocol across Twitter, socials, and at in-person events, embodying the brand and engaging with the community.

Skills and Experience Required Professional Web3 Experience: 1-2 years of professional experience in web3 managing and growing online communities. Discord Expertise: Skilled in managing, implementing, and utilizing Discord bots and managing channels for engagement and support. Campaign Execution: Hands-on experience in planning and executing community initiatives, including events like contests, giveaways, and engaging discussions. Solana Ecosystem Experience: Familiarity with the Solana ecosystem, including key players, projects, and general network functionality. Ethereum Ecosystem Knowledge: Understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem and the challenges/opportunities of rollup technology. Preferred Qualifications Multilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages is a strong advantage, enhancing community reach and engagement.

Salary $3,000 - $6,000 per month
