Ocean Finance is Hiring — Community Manager (Full-time / Remote) Are you a true Degen who lives and breathes crypto? Do you know how to ride the memecoin wave, manage FUD, and turn chaos into conviction? Ocean Finance is building the next-gen All-in-One Yield-Bearing Stablecoin, and we’re looking for a Community Manager to grow and lead our global community on X, Discord, and beyond. Responsibilities - Be the voice of Ocean: operate and grow our presence on X (Twitter), Discord, and other Web3-native spaces. - Set the vibe: craft narratives, create memes, ignite discussions, and surf trends to keep the community buzzing. - Community growth: attract the right crowd – Degen traders, yield farmers, stablecoin maxis, and curious normies. - Launch community campaigns: coordinate airdrops, community quests, trading contests, and meme wars. - Moderate & support: maintain a healthy, FUD-free community space. Answer questions, educate users, and escalate issues. - Be our radar: monitor on-chain narratives, new alpha, and macro shifts. Bring back insights to the core team. - Collaborate with BD & Marketing for campaign launches and partnerships.

Requirements - You’re a Degen at heart — active in crypto Telegrams, Discords, and CT (Crypto Twitter/X). You’ve minted rugs and survived cycles. - Strong knowledge of DeFi, especially stablecoins, LSDs, yield farming, and protocols like Ethena, Pendle, and Curve. - Hands-on experience in managing Web3 communities, preferably for a crypto protocol or DeFi project. - Fluent in English, meme language, and Web3 culture. Bonus if you know Mandarin or other major crypto-native languages. - Familiar with tools like Collab.Land, Guild.xyz, Zealy, Dework, Notion, and bots for community operations. - Capable of writing snappy tweets, shitposts, and heartfelt long threads. - You understand community psychology: how to build trust, defend against FUD, and keep the vibe bullish. - Bonus: you’ve grown a community from scratch or helped a protocol go viral. Nice to Have - Experience running ambassador or shill army programs - Background in growth hacking, analytics, or Web3 campaign tools - Previously worked with AI-generated content, memes, or creator communities - Active user of yield-bearing stablecoins Benefits:
