Market Maker Trader

1. Market Making: - Deploy and manage automated market-making strategies on crypto exchanges. - Optimize liquidity provision, spreads, and inventory risk. 2. Quant Trading: - Develop, backtest, and execute algorithmic strategies (arbitrage, statistical arbitrage, etc.). - Improve execution efficiency and reduce transaction costs. 3. Risk Management: - Monitor exposures and implement real-time hedging strategies. - Ensure adherence to risk limits. 4. Data & Infrastructure: - Analyze market data (order flow, price action) to refine strategies. - Work with developers to enhance trading systems.

- 3+ years of trading experience (crypto/traditional markets). - Python skills (Pandas, NumPy) and backtesting experience. - Knowledge of crypto exchanges (Binance, OKX, etc.) and APIs. - Degree in Finance, CS, Math, or related field. Preferred: - Experience with derivatives (futures, options) and DeFi. - Familiarity with low-latency trading systems.
