1. Establish and Implement Risk Control and Compliance System:** Responsible for building and optimizing the framework and core processes of risk management, compliance, and internal control for the company's business, and promoting their effective implementation. 2. Full-Process Risk Identification and Prevention:** Comprehensively identify, assess, and monitor risks throughout the entire business process, design and implement effective risk prevention and control measures. 3. Independent Supervision and Closed-Loop Rectification:** Independently supervise the implementation of risk control and compliance by various departments, identify problems, and promote rectification to form a closed loop.

职位要求

1. Bachelor's degree or above from a unified recruitment institution; more than 5 years of experience in legal affairs, compliance, risk control, or internal audit in the financial industry (banking, securities, payment, etc.) or technology industry (preferably fintech); those with knowledge of risk control and compliance experience in the Web3/blockchain industry are preferred. 2. Profoundly understand payment business models, fintech operation logic, core risk points, and domestic and foreign regulatory frameworks; have the ability to independently conduct risk assessments, design control measures, and interpret complex regulations. 3. Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-departmental collaboration skills, able to clearly articulate risk perspectives and promote project implementation; have the ability to build trust, influence decision-makers, and resolve conflicts. 4. Able to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a complex and fast-paced environment; possess keen risk awareness, excellent judgment, and the ability to solve problems independently
