Business Development

Lead the business development and sales effort in Singapore; Expand customers and sales channels, including managing existing accounts; Conduct post-market analysis upon feedback from clients to give advice on design and iteration of new innovative products and marketing; Execute onboarding processes including contract signing, new user training and relevant administrative work such as updating sales decks, user scenario solutions, bidding documents, etc; Prepare and analyze quarterly sales reports through strong understanding of the digital assets custody industry; Support relevant licensing application for Cactus Custody; Be up to date with trends in the industry.

Minimum of 2 years of experience within the crypto or blockchain industry; Candidates from the traditional financial industry must able to demonstrate strong crypto or blockchain knowledge; Passion for developing new business, innovative problem-solving, and a commitment to client service; Strong sales and business development experience; Track record of strong relationship building capabilities with banks, funds, family offices, etc; Track record of achieving targets relating to the generation of leads, onboarding clients and brand awareness; Ability to withstand pressure and a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, and good communication and coordination skills; Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
