Operations Specialist

岗位名：英语运营实习生 Position：English Operation Intern - 管理和维护现有的KOL渠道，促进渠道的稳定增长； - 跟进渠道合作伙伴的反馈和需求，及时解决问题和处理投诉，保持良好的合作关系； - 协助渠道推广活动的策划、执行和监督，包括线上线下活动等； - 协调内部团队资源，支持渠道的顺利运营。 - Manage and maintain existing KOL channels, ensuring stable growth of partnerships. - Follow up on partner feedback and requests, promptly resolve issues and handle complaints to maintain strong relationships. - Assist in planning, executing, and supervising promotional activities, including both online and offline campaigns. - Coordinate internal team resources to support smooth channel operations.

- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、商务管理等相关专业优先； - 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够有效协调内外部资源，推动项目进展； - 具备较强的数据分析能力和逻辑思维能力，能够熟练使用excel函数等工具； - 英语水平好，能无障碍交流 - Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. - Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate internal and external resources to drive projects forward. - Solid data analysis and logical thinking abilities, proficient in using Excel functions and related tools. - English fluency is required.
