Business Operation

Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients and partners. Maintain and expand relationships with existing partners and clients. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to recommend improvements to business strategies. Prepare detailed business development reports and presentations for the management team.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or financial services industry. Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and related regulatory environments. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.
