Risk Control Specialist

Risk Control KYC- South America Post 1. Conduct international validation case reviews, including individual and company validation. 2. Review and confirm the screening results of anti-Money laundering (AML) and economic sanctions blacklists. 3. Coordinate KYC/CDD related workflow with other departments and handle daily applications. 4. Assist in optimizing KYC/CDD processes for global customers, analyze KYC supplier reviews, and seek better solutions. 5. Assist in monitoring KYC/CDD daily status and checking system operation. 6. Conduct research on KYC/CDD regulatory requirements and documentation in different countries and complete research reports. 7. Assist in implementing AML policies and other KYC/CDD policies. 8. Support the team leader to complete other related tasks.

1. Full-time university degree or above, master's degree is preferred, proficient in Mandarin; 2. Currently located in South America, such as Brazil, Argentina, Panama, Chile, etc. 3. Experience in KYC/CDD or other compliance related positions in banks, securities or other financial institutions is preferred; 4. Proficient in English and able to use English as a working language. 5. Familiar with anti-money laundering and international economic sanctions theories; CAMS certification is a plus. 6. Stable personality, strong sense of obedience and responsibility, strong ability to learn and withstand pressure, good communication skills, meticulous work, enthusiasm and sense of responsibility. 7. Basic data analysis skills and proficient use of Excel, Word, PPT and other office software.
