To deliver on SaaS sales targets in regional financial institutions, crypto funds, and blockchain companies.
Doing so requires specific regional strategy, active sourcing of top priority opportunities, a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensuring self-discipline on sales methodology, CRM, and forecasting
Identifying new accounts and qualifying new outbound and inbound sales opportunities.
Developing, testing and iterating outbound campaigns to drive new outbound opportunities.
To work cross-functionally with internal departments, such as product, marketing, legal, and compliance to facilitate a smooth sales process
职位要求
Previous experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the technology sector is preferred, ideally software.
Proven experience in building a pipeline through lead qualification and opportunity development.
Demonstrated initiative and motivation to explore innovative avenues for identifying opportunities, such as utilizing platforms like LinkedIn, Drift and other platforms/channels.
Capacity to grasp and effectively pitch new products and technology, with a focus on communicating the value proposition.
Inherent curiosity and a strong desire for continuous learning.
Ability to adapt swiftly to changes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Assertive and confident, demonstrating an ownership mindset towards accounts.
