Develop and execute user acquisition and retention strategies through marketing campaigns, community engagement, and user feedback to continuously enhance the project's user base and loyalty. Design and optimize the project's update mechanism to ensure continuous iteration and improvement of product features, meeting user needs and market trends. Plan and execute online and offline activities, including but not limited to community gatherings, webinars, and competitions, to enhance user engagement and community activity. Manage project scheduling in collaboration with the product and technical teams, ensuring that development, testing, and release schedules align with the plan. Work closely with the product and technical teams to collect and organize user feedback, assisting in product optimization and improvement to enhance user experience. Regularly compile and analyze data and reports on community operations, including member growth, activity participation, community contributions, voting, and governance. Manage and lead the operations team, ensuring that team members are aligned with project goals and objectives, and that operational processes are efficient and effective.

Language Proficiency: Proficient in English with a preference for candidates who are also fluent in Mandarin. Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the Web3 landscape, with a minimum of two years of professional experience in the field, preferably including leadership in a token launch initiative. Operational Excellence: Demonstrated prowess in operational management with a proven track record of achieving results.
