Market Analysis: Conduct methodical tracking and assessment of current market trends, competitive dynamics, and the shifting demands of potential clients in the Web3 space, with the goal of producing advanced analyses that will drive and augment partnership initiatives at Web3. 2. Strategy Design: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for business expansion to facilitate Gate Web3's growth. Conduct business negotiations with potential customers and partners, aligning with internal needs and resources to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. 3. Business Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, potential clients, and strategic partners. 4. Team Synergy: Facilitate cross-functional teamwork to ensure the successful and timely execution of projects. Gather and analyze business metrics to support managerial decision-making and strategic planning.
