Community Moderator

-Proactively moderate official forum and chat channels (Discord, Telegram) to foster positive and constructive discussions. -Be up to date with company news and game mechanics in order to answer questions with precise information. -Generate reports on overall player sentiment, community challenges, and hot topics. -Collaborate with Customer Support and Quality Assurance teams as necessary related to Q&A and escalation of issues.

-1+ year experience in DeFi/web3 communities. -Excellent written communication skills (English). -Ability to collaborate and work with other teams to support plans and objectives. -Ability to be flexible and support regularly shifting priorities and deadlines. -Strong, self-driven work ethic with the capability to be reliably productive in a remote work environment. -Extensive knowledge and experience of DeFi communities is a plus. -Verbally fluent in English is a plus.
