Risk Control Manager

Drive initiatives to discover, assess and report on new and existing risk matters Design effective controls and systematic monitoring of risks Perform risk & control assessments on IT processes to articulate and explain the risk to management and propose mitigating controls to reduce the risk Design and implement the technology risk management framework, policies, methodology and tools Ensure that an effective technology risk management reporting process is in place, enabling timely escalation of severe incidents Manage Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management Conduct due diligence in relation to new products/ services and outsourced activities

At least 5 years or above technology risk management-related experience working in a Financial Institution. Experience in a digital asset/crypto firm is a plus Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline required Sound knowledge on risk management and relevant regulatory requirements Professional qualifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CICSP preferred Experience and knowledge in regulations and industry standards including MAS, HKMA, SFC, ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 is preferred Good interpersonal and communications skills Strong passion in the crypto space Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Strong problem-solving ability; analytical and critical thinking Flexible, open-minded team player
