Marketing Associate

Responsibilities: 1.Grow online communities (Twitter, Discord, Telegram etc) through content planning, marketing campaigns, growth hack activities together with marketing team managers. 2.Drive engagement in the community thru daily active & effective communication that aligns with the project’s vision and business objectives 3.Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or article) that builds meaningful connections and encourages engagements 4.Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information 5.Undertake ad-hoc projects and duties from time to time

1.At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing & community management in web3 projects 2.Familiarity and experience handling Twitter, Discord (or Telegram) accounts is essential 3.Basic knowledge in web3, crypto, DeFi and NFT is required 4.Excellent writing and communication skills. Basic editing (text, photo, video), and presentation skills 5.Fluency in English both written and oral 6.Able to work independently, and maintain confidentiality at all times 7.Flexible on working hours and willing to OT when its required 8.Bring your own laptop and mobile is preferred 9.Ability to adopt and leverage on modern social media and AI tools such as chatgpt, canva, etc 10.If the candidate can work on site in Kuala Lumpur its a plus
