职位描述
1、参与与执行公司在大洲或地区的业务战略,制定公司衍生品业务目标及实施策略。
2、组建与管理地区合约商务团队,确保公司区域整体业务目标达成。
3、主导地区合约渠道拓展及KOL策略实施,实现B端商务合作到C用户引流的全链路贯通。
4、执行总部在地区的各类市场及营销活动。
5、协助推动完善公司合约产品。
Job Description:
1、 Participate in the execution of the company's business strategy in a continent or region, and develop the company's derivatives business objectives and implementation strategies.
2、 Find and select the top KOLs and traders via data analysis, personal connections, or offline workshops, conference; reach deals on cooperation to bring company top affiliates;
3、 Create the best-of-best cooperation mode to help with the branding and promotion of the company, bring users, and revenue;
4、 Keep a good relationship with KOLs to build deep affiliate cooperation with KOLs;
5、 Optimize the cooperation proposal according to the cooperation result to ensure a high ROI for each cooperation.
职位要求
1、至少有5年大区业务团队管理经验或2年加密 数字 货币行业经验。
2、有金融行业商务合作或数字资产项目listing经验,本地具有广泛的KOL人脉渠道资源。
3、具有狼性管理基因与方法论,强目标与结果导向。
4、事业驱动,有良好的沟通能力与协作精神。
5、英语具有商务洽谈水平。
Requirements:
1、 At least 5 years of experience managing business teams in a large region or 2 years of experience in the cryptocurrency industry;
2、 Fluent in English, with one year experience in business development or KOL operation in financial trading platform, candidates with KOLs resources are preferred;
3、 Familiar with blockchain industry, strong work experience in business development, candidates who have worked for Binance, Bybit, FTX, Coinbase, Bitget, OKX are preferred;
4、 Professional in different kinds of cooperation modes with KOLs and the related ROI, strong negotiation skills, can bring company the top and secondary KOLs
5、 Honest, motivated and ambitious, and be responsible for the ROI of each cooperation;
6、 English with business negotiation level, Chinese preferred.
