1. Proficient in English and Mandarin;
2. Good logical thinking ability, can judge the real needs of users;
3. Passionate about Client Server, responsible for customer experience, and able to provide comprehensive problem solutions;
4. Effectively adjust communication methods and styles according to different objects;
5. Have self-management ability and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing;
6. Have good learning ability, good at discovery and self-summary;
7. Experience in providing support to customers, including telephone, email, ticket, and online chat services;
8. Good at communication, good expression ability, strong affinity, hard-working, good pressure bearing ability.
9. Familiar with Futures trading and Spot Trading.
