Key Account Manager

- Establish and negotiate relationships with high net worth individuals (HNWIs) to attract them as clients for our cryptocurrency exchange platform. - Manage long-term relationships with HNWIs, providing personalized service and support as their primary contact. - Engage with key opinion leaders and influencers in Vietnam's cryptocurrency and blockchain communities to boost our brand and attract HNWIs. - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and local crypto regulations in Vietnam to inform strategic decisions. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure strategies are aligned with business objectives and Vietnamese regulations. - Promote our exchange at industry events, conferences, and media platforms in Vietnam, effectively communicating our value proposition and vision to potential HNW clients.

- Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, especially in derivatives trading, with a focus on the Vietnam market. - Proficient in English and Vietnamese with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Proven success in acquiring and managing HNWIs in the cryptocurrency sector, with a strong grasp of complex financial products and market dynamics. - Previous experience with crypto exchanges and a strong understanding of local crypto regulations. - Demonstrated ability to excel in a diverse, fast-paced, and multidisciplinary environment.
